All You Can Eat Korean Fit for Royalty

After running 13.1 miles this morning in the SF Half Marathon, I somehow still had the energy to watch Inception.  Pdho and I met up with ElleC , Pcess and Sungy at the D-Box Theater in Campbell, which is the only theater in this part of the Bay Area that has these motion seats.  Needless to say, although the D-Box experience was interesting, I’m not sure if it’s worth the extra costs.  The movie, however, was pretty good.  I was obviously confused (as most people are) and had a lot of questions in the end (which is to be expected), but I liked the complexity of the story and how it kept the audience thinking what the heck was going on.

After the movie, we headed over to Palace BBQ in Sunnyvale.  There isn’t much to say except the food was pretty good.  There was so much of it seeing as it is an all you can eat place.  There was a variety of different proteins including different cuts of meat and raw seafood like shrimp and squid that you could grill at your table.  There were different salads, hot foods and ban chan.  It was pretty awesome!!

We were pretty stuffed and satisfied in the end.  The food was good and the price was surprisingly reasonable.  I definitely think it is a great restaurant when you’re in a big group and feeling hungry for Korean food.  I think it was about $30 per person which considering the quality and quantity of the food, seems like a great deal.
