Dim Sum at Sea Harbour

Dim Sum like sushi is one of those types of meals that whether it tastes good or bad, it still looks the same.  It’s also one of those meals that is hard to describe very eloquently with words, so even a restaurant like Sea Harbour Seafood in Rosemead which is probably one of the better dim sum places around, I can’t find the words to accurately convey how good the dim sum is…. So I will just let the pictures do the talking especially since most of the dishes are typically what everyone orders for dim sum.

Milk Buns

One of the more unique dim sum dishes that I’ve only found at this restaurant is the Milk Buns.  My sister totally loves these buns and raves about them all the time.  I have to say that I don’t find them as delectable as she does, but they are pretty decent.  When they come out fresh, the milk filling is warm and oozes in your mouth.  They aren’t too sweet which is a good thing, but I guess I just don’t have the sweet tooth to fully appreciate them.

Chinese Brocolli

Fried Tapioca Ball

Fried Taro Cake

Chicken Feet

Pork Siu Mai

Shrimp Ha Gow

Daikon Cake

Shanghai Soup Dumpling

Steamed Pork Bun

Scallop Dumpling

Shrimp Cheung Fun

Hands down, one of the better dim sum places in the San Gabriel Valley.  Enough said.
