Suckling Pig from Duque

Truth be told, it’s been quite some time and I can’t recall many details about this place aside from it being renowned for the Segovian speciality known as El Cochinillo Asado aka Suckling Pig. The pig was quite juicy with a fatty, crispy skin, but it had a subtle gaminess that held me back from loving the dish. Everything else about the meal was rather unforgettable. Needless to say, I wanted to at least chronicle this place to share with those that happened to be traveling in this part of Spain and interested to try and unique Spanish delicacy.
